Kickboxing Classes

Kick boxing class Athens Tae Kwon Do is proud to offer our newest class - Kickboxing. This is a great cardio workout that will teach you self defense and give you confidence while strengthening and toning your muscles.

This class is taught by Mrs. Kathy Carter who is a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. You will enjoy the camaraderie and exciting atmosphere of this class!
