Adult Classes

It doesn't matter if you are an experienced martial artist or if you have never taken a martial arts class.  You will feel right at home at Athens Tae Kwon Do.  Our students range from their 20s to the 50s and are white belts to black belts.  Martial arts training can be used as a stress reliever or for serious competition and training.  Whatever your goals, we can help you achieve them!

We have beginner classes each Monday night at 7pm, so that's a great place to start.  Or you can just visit a class and observe how it goes.  Spectators are always welcome, and we know you will enjoy the atmosphere! 

At Athens Tae Kwon Do, we work hard to provide a family atmosphere.  Everyone is encourage to be the "best they can be" from the competitive athlete to the recreational martial artist.  We stress fitness and fun before competition.
